I have been an actor and a teacher of children with Emotional Needs since the early seventies. Having returned from a stint on Broadway in 1995 I started attending Life College in Camden Town. I discovered my fondness of stone whilst on a short course at Tout Quarry, Dorset. Portland stone. Since then, I must have explored different stone from over twenty quarries around the British Isles. And there is, as well, the Carrara Marble from my time carving in Italy.
I have also worked extensively in wood and concrete. But it is stone that I am drawn to most of all.
